Sienna Plantation Animal Hospital's newest associate veterinarian’s patients are leaving with tails wagging. That’s due to Dr. Pella’s kind bedside manner and the personal connections he makes with his patient’s owners. “People like to take their pets to someone they feel they know, and someone that seems to genuinely care about their pets.
"I want clients to leave appointments feeling like they know who I am and can trust my recommendations. I truly care about their pet's wellbeing.”
Dr. Pella received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2016. Dr. Pella was awarded the Gerald R. Bratton & Charles Hall Clinical Neurology Award during his fourth year, and was a member of Phi Zeta, the TAMU Veterinary Honor Society. While attending TAMU, he worked in the intramural sports program, and played soccer recreationally.
Dr. Pella's favorite part about being a veterinarian is, “Visiting with owners, educating them on their pet's health, and enriching the bond between people and their pets”. He is excited to be working in Sienna, a close-knit community that cares so much about its neighbors and their pets.
When Dr. Pella is not in the office, he enjoys woodworking, hiking, fishing, and camping with his veterinarian wife and his two children.
